Prior SIS: Revealed 3x4mm polyp in the right mid cavity
Tubal Observations:
Saline-Air contrast was seen exiting the catheter, entering the left proximal tube (Zone 1), and flowing in the distal tube (Zone 2).
Contrast was also seen in the cul-de-sac (Zone 3).
Saline-Air contrast was observed distending the right cornu and entering the right proximal tube (Zone 1).
Very slow distal tube travel (Zone 2) was initially observed. Continual constant delivery of contrast resulted in an increased flow rate exiting the fallopian tube and in the cul-de-sac (Zone 3).
Physician remarked that possible mucous in the tube was removed by the Saline-Air contrast.
